Hello bloggers.

Today I did around the bay 8 points 4 km I will get a medal because I came 9th place. I am so happy, it was hard but I completed the challenge. Here are some photos.

When you do not have water your greatest water source is

the stream because ponds have bugs, lakes have bacteria.

When you get chased by a bear, lie down and hold your

breathe because bears like to hunt their own food .

Wear  long sleeve tops so you do not get mosquito

bites , what to pack in the jungle trail shoes , waterproof sandals ,

Sun hat swimming suit, pants, shirts
